Talking Therapies and Executive Coaching London

There are times in life when we can feel overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted or uncertain about the direction we are taking. You may be experiencing symptoms that are unfamiliar to you — anxiety, low mood, loss of motivation, difficulties sleeping, a sense of being overwhelmed — or simply a feeling that something no longer feels quite right. These difficulties can sometimes arise in the context of significant personal or professional change, or during periods of increased pressure. Work can be an important part of this, whether through chronic stress, burnout, loss of meaning, difficulties with a colleague or manager, imposter feelings, perfectionism, loss of confidence or questions about your career and professional identity.

At other times, it can be less clear what is causing the difficulty. You may find yourself repeatedly experiencing similar situations in your relationships, at work or in your personal life, despite wanting things to be different. You may feel stuck, find it difficult to make decisions, or notice that certain ways of thinking, feeling or responding seem to repeat themselves and prevent you from moving forward.

Psychotherapy can provide an opportunity to explore not only what is happening in the present, but also to develop a deeper understanding of the underlying emotional patterns and conflicts that may be contributing to your difficulties. Understanding these patterns can help create greater freedom to respond differently, make choices and develop relationships that feel more satisfying.  offer psychotherapy or executive coaching depending on your needs and objectives. Therapy may focus on a specific difficulty or period of distress, while also allowing space to explore more deeply the experiences, relationships and patterns that may be shaping how you feel and respond. Coaching and short term interventions tends to be more focused on specific professional or personal goals, while remaining attentive to the individual and relational dimensions of the situation.

My approach is personalised and informed by more than 20 years of clinical and professional experience. I offer a confidential and thoughtful space in which difficulties can be explored openly, with attentive and compassionate listening and without judgement. I specialise in psychological difficulties related to work and professional life, including work-related stress, burnout, loss of confidence, imposter feelings, perfectionism, difficulties in professional relationships, leadership challenges, career transitions and questions about professional identity and meaning. Consultations are available in French and English, either in person at my London practice or via video consultation.
