I have an extended experience in supervising clinical  psychologists, trainees psychologists and other colleagues in the NHS (doctors, nurses, managers). I believe in an integrative and person centred approach, which takes into account clients' specific needs and uniqueness rather than on a standardised model that fits all. My area of interest is psychodamic theory however, I also have experience in providing CBT. I have a particular interest in helping supervisee reflect on how to engage clients and on the quality of the  therapeutic relationship they develop with their clients.
