I have over twenty years experience in working in the NHS and private practice offering short to long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy to individuals as well as cognitive therapies.
I obtained my qualification in Clinical Psychology (D.E.S.S) at University Paris V Rene Descartes-La Sorbonne in 2000. I have also studied Clinical Psychology in the UK and I am a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol) accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS). I am a Practitioner Psychologist and I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
I have many years of experience working as senior psychologist with the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust in Mental Health and Addiction services. I have also years of experience working in private practice and I now only work privately face to face or on line.
In addition to my clinical experience, I have been a lecturer at the Institute of Psychiatry (London), at Salomons University (Kent) and at the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. I also have many years of experience in supervising other colleagues clinical psychologists, trainees and other clinicians (doctors, nurses) or non clinicians (managers) in the NHS.
I have been trained as a coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching (AOEC) and I am a member of the British Psychological Society Special Group of Coaching Psychology (SGCP). I have experience in coaching people facing number of difficulties in their work setting and I have a special interest in the issue of ‘burn out' at work.
